For more than 25 years, Baktec has supplied water mixing- and measurement equipment as well as ICE waterchillers, all over the world. Baktec has developed a large range that offers a solution for every type of bakery, from small craftsman’s bakeries to large industrial bakeries and everything in between. Baktec’s equipment is unique in design and ease of operation, presenting our customers a product adapted to the individual needs.
Baktec has developed digital systems for measuring quantities of water and regulating precise water temperatures. The new Injection-Mixing-Flow (I.M.F.) system is a revolutionary solution whereby each water supply, warm, cold and/or chilled is separately and simultaneously controlled. The advantages are clear: any selected temperature can be achieved within a split second! As the system is based on a combination of mechanics, electronics and information technology, the mechanical part is reduced to a bare minimum: simple and virtually without any service.
All our digital models are equipped with an automatic pre-run, to assure that only the right temperature required goes into the dough. This highly reliable system is very fast and reacheses the required temperature aith unbelievable accuracy, at a maximum tolerance of 0.4°C! These features make the digital equipment very suitable for link-up to a process computer or silo system.
All our equipment is specially designed, executed in stainless steel and easy to operate. At a single glance it is possible to see the temperature (in red) and the water quantity (in blue).
Baktec’s new ICE waterchiller BKL 200 ICE uses a new technology of storage of ice. Ice can hold eighty times more energy than water. That’s why it is now possible to make, with a Baktec ICE waterchiller, lots of chilled water with a relatively small unit. The ice takes up little space and yet you can have big results – like the ice cube in your drink. The unit chills water continuously using natural pressure.
